They sent me an email saying that my account was charged $250 for Norton antivirus service, so i called the "refund department" number provided, they didn't answer, called me back and claimed they were legitimate, but couldn't give me the last 4 of the card that was charged. When I asked for that information they ***g up the call.

Delay in responding when I answered. When a person came on, immediately asked, "Good morning and who am I speaking with." When I asked who they were (not revealing my name) they ***g up.
