Posing as an animal shipping company and working with a guy supposedly named Benjamin Moore

Posing as a shipping co. known as Union Shipping Systems. This company is supposedly based out of Maine, but our call log shows Antioch, CA. The guy who answered, supposedly named James, is also working with another guy named Benjamin Moore, who has is posing to be a bird *******.
