This is a scam number. The caller identifies himself as Kevin Costner. Doesn't want to talk, just text. So you need to list this as a scam. The person tries to get you to buy an Itunes card, or Amazon card and send a photo of the code and/or passcode. Don't allow others to text this number. I have reported it to the FTC Fraud website, the FBI Fraud website, and the local police.
