okay i don't know what these freaking people want. i am in high school and you are calling on my cell phone 3 or 4 times a day for weeks now. its really annoying. now when i see the number i just ignore it.

Just wait on the line, someone WILL answer on their end, and when they do, tell them that they will NEVER call your number a***n. If you have to wait more than 3 seconds for a live operator, they are breaking the law by war dialing. It worked for me after many calls from them. So far, after three days they have not called. Here's the deal: Robert Allen telemarketers are breaking the law if you are on the do not call list AND you have never done business with them. It's that simple.

Never anyone there when I answered. Now, if it's from 925-273-3423 I don't answer. No message is ever left. So ****ed anoying. At least 5 calls this week. If they are trying to sell so****ing, I wouldn't even take the time to listen. They are calling a cell phone on the DND list/

After repeated requests to be removed from their list, they continue to call.

This Robert Allen problem appears to be widespread, including with those on the Do Not Call list.  You can file an official complaint here--https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspxI just did it too.  Unless we send these complaints go in, nothing will get c****ed.

I have been getting calls from this number, twice this morning.  I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Aren't telemarketing companies supposed to be fined if they breach the Do Not Call List?

This company keeps calling my home and asking for someone who does not reside there. They call about 4-5 times a day. I tell them not to call my home anymore , however they will not stop. Please shut down this company and the people who are harassing us. I am on a national do not call list, but they just disregard this.

Hopefully this is resolved now.I received another call from the same group, but a different caller ID number; (801)852-8700. I called that number back and spoke with an operator who spoke clear English. He stated that he was going to take my number off the call list.I suggest those of you that have received a call from the 825 number to call this number.

I just called the number and they have a choice to be removed from their call list by selecting Option 1.  Seemed easy enough.  Now I will wait and see if it works

Yup...2nd comment on here from them. I told the previous rep to remove my number, I e-mailed them on the website one of you provided and they just called me right now. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well as the FCC. If you had requested to be taken off their list, I suggest you do the same.

This number keeps calling my cell phone and using my minutes. When I pickup no ones answers then when I try calling from my cell it says "number that I called isn't in service" but when I call from a landline it says press 1 to be removed from the calling list or 2 to speak to a representative. When I press 2 it says no one is avaiable and to call back later and ****s up on me. I can win and am getting very upset with who ever this  is.

Since Nov 24th... this company calls my phone asking for Sarah (last name inaudible)... when I asked who the company is the gentleman said its the Law office of Albert Stein... I receive 3 calls per day and when I try to return the call, I get a busy signal. What do I do?

Just received a 2nd call from them after telling them that I do not know the person they were asking for. Will report them if I get another call as it is a violation, especially since it is my cell phone (which I have owned for about 5 years). I suggest those that do get repeated calls should do so as well. Additionally, if you pick up and ***ody is on the line, that is a violation as they should have less than 2 seconds wait time between when you pick up the phone to when they are to answer.
