Leave a CommentFranklin Credit. Asked for me by name but then said for security purposes can you verify your social and home address. I told them I would not give that out over the phone. They said ok and then ***g up.
I have this phone # now for several years, yet every few days some collection company or another calls, in the past I call most back establish that I am not the person they are looking for, and they claim they will remove my # from their hit list.Makes no difference another company calls. It appears these companies exc****e, trade, buy, sell the lists and no one ever gets taken off all the lists they just perpetuate the lists.
Someone from this number has called many, many, many times asking for a Kevin Fisher. Everytime I tell them there is no Kevin Fisher here, never has been. I don't know a Kevin Fisher and that this number has been mine for many years. I tell them each time to quit calling me and somehow they keep calling me back. It also sounds like the same person calling each time.
This is just another BOTTOM FEEDER credit collection company that should get what happened at WACO to THEM.If you answer the phone and talk with an agent ask them if they are first party to the debt they are trying to collect? It is a***nst federal law to sell debts to a third party not part of the original deb***hen ask them to define exactly what you borrowed? Credit? That too is a***nst the law, "Supreme Court ruling Williams vs IRS 1978 said, "A NOTE whether redeemable or not redeemable can not be used to PAY a debt." NOTES are DEBT instruments, NOT THEMONEY!
