After taking the call and no response my my end, no one spoke from the other side of the line. Seems like a robo call or spam. Called at 5:30pm PST, usually noticed robo calls in the evening.

they called pretending to be a cop

Emailed me to order a lare shipment. Wanted to pay buy credit card and use his preferred shipper. His preferred shipper only accepted wire xfers. Used the company names: Harvey Resources and Sharret Shpping LTD.
