This user is a scammer and purports to be a Sam Williams aka Robert Cacper presently stranded in Gabon Africa. He also purports to be a multi millionniare whose only account in the states has been frozen and I was the only person in the world who can help him. He works in tandem with a n "agent" Sandara Brown of rural Tennessee. Do not send money to this person, or believe anything he says

This person purports to be a contractor stuck in Gabon, Africa. He has a strong foreign accent and says he needs money for his transportation. He showed me fake bank accounts that were "blocked" . If the bank accounts weren't fake he would be a multimillionnaire. This is a racketeering scheme . His partner in crime is Sandra Brown in Tennessee. He also has a daughter supposedly named Jeannine he is trying to find a mother for.
