Foti Insurance Agency in Concord - they sell benefits of some sort - they were rude and were unable to answer questions as they kept saying they were calling on behalf of the Teacher's Union, but were unable to say which one which local, etc. PS the name is not registered under Dept of Insurance for California either.

They are annoying! Keep calling and I don't know who they are
