Definitely a spammer. Several calls from this number identifying itself as "Merchant Services" if you call, you get an unending voice mail loop.

Yeah, I just got a call for them and they say they work for Visa Mastercard but they dont represent a bank. And their company name is Merchant Services. If you discuss Visa you must be sponsored by a Bank Period.

I work for a reputable ISO (Independent Sales Organization) and some of our merchants received calls from Jayna @ this number ext. 123 claiming to be "Merchant Services".  Her message advised them to call them back ASAP as they were overcharged and a credit needed to be issued.  Sounds like a ***** sales tactic to get a call back!

We've been getting calls from this number too.  It sounds like some intern given a dialogue to read.  She doesn't know anything beyond that when asked questions.  Is there really a credit card processor called Merchant Services?  Every bank has a Merchant Services DEPARTMENT, so when asked if that's her official company name, she said, Uhh....yeah I guess so... Nice.Reason: They said they are calling about some dispute we made.

They are a merchant services ISO [independent sales organization].  They have a shady reputation due to their practice of pretending to be your existing merchant service provider.  what they are trying to do is trick you into swit****g to their services with false claims.

They are an independent sale organization re-selling merchant services.  They have a shady reputation of pretending to be your current merchant card service provider, which is why they only identify themselves as "merchant services" rather than their real business name.  A call back to the number reveals the same shady practice.  If anyone from them calls you, tell them to get lost and stop calling.
