This is some sort of security company - call and don't know your name and when you tell them to remove you from their calling list they want your name. Interesting. I recently signed for Comcast phone service and believe my number was given by them.

Block your caller id and call them several times everyday and ask them to stop calling numbers on the "do not call list".
