Call from 925-965-2478 is from Fireside Bank. They call when you're a day late!  I do my best to pay on time but sometimes it's not possible and I pay a few days late.  These people s**** calling at 8am and keep calling all day long, different numbers too. Sometimes they leave a message, sometimes they don't. I save their numbers when they do so I know it's them. I can't answer my phone at work so it lets me know it's not someone I need to call back. If I know I'm sending my payment late and it's on the way I don't call them anymore (I don't pay over the phone because they charge you to do that).  When I have called to say the payment has been mailed, they are rude and pressure you into paying over the phone, which they are going to charge you for.  They've even called me a week before the due date and pressured me about paying in advance over the phone (which they were going to charge a fee to do). When I said no, she put a "supervisor" on the phone and she was even more pressuring.  I hate this company!
