showed up as a call back number when i called equifax = not my number!

Called twice saying it was a collect call and to add my credit card.

I blocked my own number and called a call center that I manage to test a line. This was the number that showed up, instead of showing as blocked. Obviously, if this number shows up, it could be someone who is spamming or harassing as it appears to be a general Verizon ***** number.

So, three times when I called Moen for a repair, and had to select a 'call back', they repeated this number to me as my phone number (not even the same area code). In addition, this number is listed sometimes as being on a group text. This is scary, how can this happen? I see that below it happened to another with SW Airlines...
