robo caller saying I am under investigation for SS fraud, and I am to return the call to the same number showing as soon as I get the message. I didn't...phone didn't destruct spontaneously, no law enforcement stormed the building... world keep rotating on it's axis.

Called at 5am, didn’t answer. Left voicemail asking for ss#, threatening arrest.
