Ken, it's the capitalists who have figured out a way 'around the system' and the do not call registry. This has nothing to do with our government - it has everything to do with capitalism

I have received innumerable calls (bouncing from home, business and cell within moments of each other, several times per day) from this number AND many others – all the same (robo message) caller. I too have fallen for the ‘press 5 to opt out (which doesn’t work) and have waited to speak with a rep who literally ****s up on me when I s**** to speak. It is Alliance Energy – a company owned by the brothers themselves, the Koch’s. I have spoken with their resident agent in their state of incorporation several times and the woman is beside herself. She has been inundated with complaints. She is diligent – she does her job to ensure your number is removed from their ‘random’ dial system (which is their way of getting around the do not call registry) but less than a month later, the former telephone numbers they called from disappear and they s**** all over a***n with a new set of numbers. Truly, it IS a vicious cycle. There’s only one thing to do to stop them (though there is no guarantee) and that’s file an official report with your state attorney general’s office AND the FCC. These calls are coming from a company with unlimited financial resources; they will continue to c****e their ‘call from’ numbers to get around the system.

I answered the phone and they said nothing then ***g up on me. I also am on the do not call list but this doesn't matter to any one. I still get several calls every month from you name it companies. I guess our government is too busy selling guns to the Mexicans instead of taking care of the laws that really matter to the tax payers.
