She wanted my fax number but could not identify who she was trying to reach either but personal name or business name.

Also got a call asking for medical records. Told them we needed authorization directly from the patient and they said they would get back to me. Never did.

Stated they were representing United Health Care asking for medical records

The message is too ***ue and raises su****ions of a spammer call. Blocked the number.

Premera Health requesting client paperwork from me (not impossible, as I am in healthcare), but failed to say a client's name or explain why they needed it in the message (phone didn't even ring). No sign of it being a Premera number on Google.

It sounded like they were trying to refund money to me and offered a reference number to use when I call them back. I did not.
