Yes****ay (2/15/2021) this first person called me from a New York number 929-438-5779 and I told him I wasn't interested after a few questions he couldn't he couldn't answer correctly he ***g up. Today (2/16/2021) he called ( recognized his distinct voice) on a blocked line to our other phone and s****ed the negotiation then asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager called back on this line, 876-576-2187 He represented himself as a manager of a company that has control of my PCH winnings, given? to it by PCH such as a collection company would handle a debt. He stated he is not an employee of PCH and cannot interact with them. This number is being used by a person representing PCH ( Publishers Clearing House) who wants me to send $500.00 in cards from Wal-Mart. In the conversation about the money I suggested I put the money into an escrow account and he seemed confused. I asked if he knew what an escrow account was and he said "no". This caller has my name and previous address and phone numbers (my wife's and mine [mobile])from an unknown source and is trying to get my current address!! Please be careful.
