phone call at midnight stated I had won a sweepstakes of cash a new car. When calling the phone number back_ did not get a response-

quite possible a scam caller. Called at mid night with a story I had won a sweepstakes.Missed the call but called the recorded phone number and was addvised that quite possibly a scam by the phone company. I think that had I won I would have been notified by registered mail not by someone who appeared to be at a party and was playing a phone joke!
