Yup... it's a scam. We received the text stating our att payment was unsuccessful. There are two numbers****ociated with this scam. One number is 1 141 010 0001 and the other number is 1 141 020 0501 Those two numbers are NOT from Columbia, Tennessee. They aren't even American.
