I got a call from this number claiming to be Unclaimed Dept of Publisher Clearing house and to call Steve Harvey back. It's a scam and has been turned into the local Police Department.

Indeed, looks to be a prize scam. Automated message claiming to be from PCH.
I got an automated call from "PCH" to say that I had an unclaimed prize and should call "Steve Harvey" back. When I did, the call was not accepted. After a few minutes, I got a call from an"Anonymous' ID. He said, "Don't you remember playing the PCH game?" and wanted my address to send my prize. I told him he was a Scam Call and I ***g up.
Received an automated message from Publishers Clearing House for me to call Steve Harvey regarding an unclaimed prize.
