Their calls use up my pay-per-minute cellular phone.  Who are these idiots?

I got phone calls from these *******s and they wasted my minutes! Is there anyway we can 'actually' block the junk calls? Anyone knows?

How can I report these *******s?  The company I work for receives 2 calls everyday and going through the instructions to be removed from their list does not work nor does it help when you speak to a live person.  They are tying up our phone line and we have lost business.HELP

They keep calling both my home and cell phones.  It says press 1 to extend coverage, press 2 to be removed from our list.  Despite pressing 2 many times, they continue to call.  I tried pressing 1 to speak to somebody, but they **** up on me immediately.
