Calls at least once a day about expiring car warranty. I have asked to be put on the do not call list and the calls continue.

Calls every week from a diff. number with the same pitch about "car warranty". I have asked to be taken off their list with no luck. I even told them that I don't own my cars. I think they may be phishing for pers. data. You can not call back.

I have received 6 seperate calls from this and other numbers, always different, on my cell phone. Automated msg saying my truck warranty has expired (guess so its 10 years old!) Option 2 to be removed from their list does no good. I let one guy have it today and he ***g up. I have a log of all the numbers and I am filing a complaint with the FCC. As I understand it, it is illegal to dial cell numbers with an automated dialer. These numbers are the same company:

I am receiving calls from 931-634-1085,

My parents have been getting called from this company for months.  I decided to do some investigation.  The company who services the number is called Paetec Communications (in Tennessee).  They only service medium- to large-sized business, so this "company" must pay some money.  I called Paetec (877-340-2555).  Unfortunately, the guy I talked to can't give out the "company's" information or he would get in a lot of trouble.  Paetec has to receive a supeona in order to release information.  I was instructed to call my local police department to submit a complaint, but without the company's name and information, I'm not sure how that would work.  He also gave me the number of the fraud department for Paetec (877-999-7705) and asked me to call tomorrow to submit a complaint.  I plan to pursue this... if I'm lucky, I can get some cash out of this "company" for violating telemarketing standards and for harassment.  :) I hope that anyone reading this gives the fraud department a call and also the local police department to try to get a supeona going.  If you have any luck, or if you want to join forces, e-mail me at:  [email protected].  I'd like to see these people go down, and get some extra cash for my parents.  :)

So I talked to a rep. on the phone and I said well Im not sure why youre calling my my dad does...and he ***g up. I am ****ed, I tried calling the number back but it wont let me!Anyone have the number so I can call and get my name off the list? Thanks!

Yeah, I also got a call from this number. Like others, I didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick up. But what's interesting is, just 20 minutes earlier I got a call from a Washington number (206) 426-5423. I didn't recognize that number so I didn't pick up. But they sent me a text to "Please call." So I eventually called back only to find out it was an automated ma****e giving instructions to, "... be taken off of our list... sorry for any inconvenience."I don't know if these two numbers are connected, but I found it strange that I got a call from both within 20 minutes of each other.

They actually have a few numbers 1086,1085,1084. That I know of

I have gotten calles from this number about five times. It is some kind of vehicle warranty company. I have told them to each time to take my number off the list and they just **** up on me but continue to call. So****ing is up with this "company."

It is a car warranty company. I told them to remove my name and they actually called a***n (twice) two weeks later. I'm filing a complaint. Also, you get dead air because their system will call many numbers at once. If someone picks up, the system looks for an open telemarketer, but if you get dead air it's because someone else picked up. Your call was abandoned.

It was a recorded call about 'last notice to extend your warranty.' I do not own the auto they called about, and they called on my cell phone. I do not know how they got my cell number. The only people who have my cell number are family and close friends.

Calling to tell me that the warranty on my car battery is over and it needs to be replaces.

I received a call from this number, and today I called the number back.  The only response you get is instructions to "press 1" to be placed on their do not call list, and they're sorry for any inconvenience.  They do not properly identify themselves, so clearly there is so****ing fishy here.

They called my cell phone, which is on the Do Not Call list. I did not answer. No messages left.
