Just got the same call this morning, the caller ID said SMG INC ph#931-840-9657. They left a msg and ir stated it was Chuck Richards from the awards center and that I had entered a contest to win a 2010 Ford or 25k and I have won one of the top 3 prizes and to call them back at to collect my prize. Call back# 800-504-6037. Definitely no need to call them back, I now I didnt enter a contest for a veh or $$$... common sense tells you it a big scam!

Someone called me claiming I had won a car, etc. but that it was for Frank Borenski.  Since I am NOT him or have never heard of him she says now that you own this phone number, just give her all my information (obvious scam right there) and she would verify by email or fax.  I told her just to mail me the information & I would read it-she repeated the email or fax thing & I told her either mail me the information or forget it.  I ***g up.

I just recieved a call as well. She said her name is Tera and I too won either a 2010 Ford Explorer or 25K in cash. Have not called back and probably will not. The last time that happened a man said I won a Lincoln Na***ator all I had to do was go to a time share meeting. I used to work for a time share place and I know how those places opperate. I'm sure I will not be responding to this one.

Got the Same Call I won a 09 Ford Explorer or 25K...Raven was her name from the Awards Center...Some contest that I won, but don't recall! ***, here is her number 1-888-578-1487!!! SMG Inc. popped up on my Caller ID!!!

Got a call from Nicole. She left message saying that I had enter a contest about 9 months to a year ago for a 2010 fordexplorer or $25,000 cash. My name had been selected as awinner of one of the top three prizes and I should call her back at 1****855560. I call back and got voice mail. I left message including myname which was obviously a mistake because after listening to nicole's original message although she said my name was drawn she never actually said my name. Scam!

I got the same call from Raven.  When I called her back she answered, "Hola" and that is how I knew it was a scam.  She messed up and then tried to cover it up by saying she thought it was a Spanish customer.  Hate people who are in the business of tricking people.  People like me who could actually use that kind of money or vehicle could be easily tricked but thanks to this website review I now know.  Hope "Raven" or whatever her real name is will be found out soon.

Well the scam hasn't ended yet. Today I got a message on my voice mail from Gary from the awards claim center. Said I had entered a drawing online for a 2010 Lincoln Navigator or $40,000 he confirmed my email and address and said I had won one of 4 major prizes. The number he left was 1-800-427-1916 I haven't called it back. I am glad that I checked around before I fell for a scam.

I had same message regarding winning car or money - returned call to 888-221-6169 and no-one answered- voicemail said Rene was away from her desk. Scam I am sure

Beth from Aurora Awards Claim center called me too. Fake. Her call back number was 1-800-551-6273

Same here.  I received a call from this number today, which appears on my Caller I.D. as SMG Inc.  The caller identified herself as "Nicole from the Awards Claim Center," said I had won one of three major prizes and should call her back at 888-578-1487 to claim my prize.

HAHA! Jen you and I must have talked to the same person. RAven was such a lovely lady. I called her back with a Fake Idian accent to mess with her a little. But yea It's a time share scam. I got the same number 18885781483. I told her she could have it becuase I was a rare idian pirate and I don't need those land ****rs vehicles. Needless to say she ***g up :( But if anyone else gets this call, call them back and mess with them. It's a great way to **** 20 min. AAAAARRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the posts, now I know this is a scam! I received a call on my phone for the previous owner of the phone number. The call came from Raven at the Awards Claim Center. "Hello Jen, my name's Raven and I am calling from the Awards Claim Center. And all of our calls are recorded for quality control purposes. I am trying to reach a Zachariah ____, but if you don't know Zachariah, Jen, you can claim the gift. There was a promotion entered for a 2009 Ford Explorer. I have the email address as ____. And uh, this was put in a while ago, about nine months to a year ago, but this telephone number, uh, has been selected to receive one of the top three major gifts. We just closed that drawing up last week. And so um, Jen, if you meet all of the qualifications, age requirements and such, you can claim the gift. It is absolutely no cost to you in any way. So please call me back 18885781483 to claim it, and congratulations."

I received a phone call monday at 543 pm  saying I won a 09 Ford Explorer from the Award Claim center She Said her name was Raven .... And I was picked for 1 of 3 major gifts at no cost to me ... I just had to meet the qualifications HA! Never Called back and they didnt either!  Still got the message on my phone saying This ****....Then they told me I had to call 1 888 578 1483 if I where to call back!

Same place called me but from a different number, they had my wife's email address and said she entered a contest online.  The prize was a Ford Explorer and $25k, but my wife immediately thought it was fraudulent so ***g up.  The number was 1-931-840-8952

I was gone from lunch so I don't know the number that this Kim called from - she had a very thick southern accent, but her voice mail message was that she was from the awards claim center and the contest I entered about 9 months ago for a Lincoln Navigator has completed and I was guaranteed 1 of the 4 large prizes and I needed to call 888-578-1486 back to get the process rolling.  ***?!

I just received the same call. I was so excited, then I thought that it must be a scam because I didn't receive anything in the mail. The lady that called me gave me this number to call back, 1-888-578-1483.

Just recevied the same call to win a '09 navigator or 3 other prizes.   I'm sure this is a scam becuase I don't recall entering anything but to win the HGTV dream home in Sonoma CA..lol .Has anyone followed this through the end?

Said his name was Anthony, told me to call 1-888-578-1486. Said I won a prize, either a 09 Navigator, 45k cash, or some trips. He is sending me an email with an address to go to a place in Rock Hill, SC to pick it up. Gave me the confirmation code ITC-086.

Beth from the Arora claim center just told my wife the same thing

Caller stated that her name was Brittany and she was calling in regards to a promotion I entered  4 to 9 months and my name had been drawn as one of their finalists.  She stated that as I finalist I would be receiving one of the four major prizes.  She advised that I call 1-888-578-1486 to claim my prize.
