This person has been calling or texting my number for several years. They always leave a message for Charwin Manning. I have called them and told them several times Charwin Mamning cannot be reached at my number and I do not know the person, so donnot message or call my phone. However, they seem to continue calling and texting. I believe the caller is most likely attempting to run a scam.
