Just a recorded message saying to leave a number and they would call back

Scam. I told them that I wanted to be removed from their call list and the rep just said "no, I'm not going to do that" and ***g up. Had to call them back multiple times to get a hold of someone. Every time except the last it went to a busy signal or was ***g up.
