Just got a robocall from this number. Recording makes it sound like "government" but then says "you may be overpaying for auto insurance".

Received a call from this number and missed the call. When I attempted to call the number back 8 minutes later, the recording stated it was out of order.

I think this was car insurance sales. I did an online quote not long ago and several others have called in regard to that quote. I don't answer numbers I don't know anymore because of these recent call backs.
