I received a text from this number and identified self as a coast guard person....who was reporting another person found who was pirated and missing and who worked on an oil rig ..... all in all ....I believe this was a person who belonged to a group who scams.....the missing person scammed me out of some money from Jan to March....I thought he was sincere and genuine!

Can’t find individuals that own this number. Sent $500.00 believing this person existed. He said his name is Allan Gruber but there is no paper trail that exists for this person. He said he’s from Germany and works off an oil rig. He’s asked for me to take a loan out but wanted to research before I completed the transaction. Since this number does not seem to belong to anyone, I will stop responding to his texts and calls. It’s sad, because I thought he was the real deal.
