U.S. Bank is a FDIC approved loan in***y. I applied for a online loan and they contacted me à week or so ago. They informed me if I gave them ? dollars for insurance to cover the loan " when I gave them the ? dollars today and they took it, knowing that they would do a credit check, calling it a audit. They claim they did not know the audit would take place but in the same breathe the claim officer say she's been getting yelled at all day. They will not tell you that your credit score will be check and u might have to pay more money BEFORE YOU GIVE THE ONE ***DRED DOLLARS FOR INSURANCE. The loan officer also stated that the extra 2 ***dred to 4 ***dred was for taxes instead of expressing it was a security fee. What is the FDIC and THE OCC doing allowing banking in***y's to allow loan banking services to lie and deceive people who are seeing some type of financial stability and taking ones little money they have left putting people in worsening position..... !!!!!!! ??????
