why would my computer tell a third party to call me and want me to pay a stranger to fix my computer errors? this is not a real windows rep or tech support of any type scam scam scam

was contacted and instructed to give out personal information about my computer and credit card as well as lied to about origins of call? this is so shaky, after blocking the number they keep calling daily 2-5 times a day !!! even from under private caller and im ready to c****e my phone number due to harassments

A little research on-line indicates that this is another one of the calls being made by ********* scammers out of ****stan who are just s****ing US numbers in an attempt to get people to answer. If you do answer, they claim to be from Microsoft, or Windows Support, or Dell Support, etc. and try to get you to allow them access to your computer so they can fix a problem they claim your computer has. If you get ****ered into allowing them access to your computer, they take it over for their nefarious purposes, and you are locked out of your computer. DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS.
