Caller ID indicated Effective Teles Why didn't the do not call list stop them from calling?

Calls me repeatedly

Caller ID says "Effective Teles", which sounds like a telemarketer. Calls come in at least 3-4 times a day, every day, all hours, without leaving a message. Extremely annoying! They need to stop calling.

Caller ID Effective Tele, calls several times per day leaves no msg. I want the calls to stop!

Calls daily at all hours, ****s up.

We have caller ID - this number has been dialing our unpublished, DO NOT CONTACT,number nightly for the past several weeks. Our OGM clearly states we are a 'DO NOT CONTACT' number and that we do not accept any form of solicitation calls. Yet they persist and continue calling.

This number calls the house at least 3-4 times a day at different times of the day. They do not say anything and just **** up or there is dead silence.

I am handicap and ill person. I want peace, this is really bothersome!!!!

They call all the time between 8:00 pm and 9 :00 pm I do not answer and they do not leave messages. I wish they would quit calling me Effective Teles has showed up on Caller ID but who the heck are them and why don't they get the hint when no one answers the phone

Ditto...They call daily, caller ID shows "Effective Teles" and leave no message. I want them to stop calling!

936-568-8927 calls daily. Leaves no message. If I answer, there is no one there. I am on the Do Not Call list.
