Microsoft scam. DO NOT download anything or listen to anything these criminal scammers ask you to do. They will have you download software that grants them remote access to your computer, then hold it hostage until you pay their fees. These criminal s***bags are the worst type of scammers.

Claimed to be from Microsoft calling to fix a problem with my computer. Obviously a scam call.

This number called claiming to be a Tech support from Windows. Do not download anything they ask you to, the said programs allow someone to access your computer from across the web if you fulfill sufficient conditions.
