And that the address that the sent the do***ents to were sent back to their "Do***ent Control" Department and that I should return the call to (866) 701-0529 and refer to a file number. This 866 # is also listed on callcenter.com, with the following entry: Alex Cruz (786-891-5140) left voicemail stating he was from JAA. "Urgent message" regarding certified do***ents returned from address they have on file for me. To avoid further complications I need to contact the department in charge of this complaint at 866-701-0529 and provide reference #311446. Do***ents are time sensitive and is important to get in touch with the issuing office today. Ended voicemail with 'you've been notified.'
