Usually, they calls are generated from an 800 line and no a local area code. 2.They never asked for account info. 3. He did not recognized the 937-648-0234 as a company phone number.

Called on 02/28/2017. Foreign accent telemarketer. Claims to be from SPECTRUM (former TWC). Informed him this number is on the Do Not Call Register and demand to stop calling. BLOCKED AND REPORTED, anyway
