This number appears to be a local number in Dayton, Ohio that supposedly belongs to Reginald Jackson (probably not his real name).  This person uses this number to call for a collection company callled United Recovery whose telephone number is 800-326-3446.  If you call the 937-684-4838 you will typically get the sound of a "dead" line or you will get a ****led anser which is inaudible.Here seems to be another issue.  I have an unlisted number with Time Warner and never use my home number for business.  This Mr Jackson somehow has gotten my private, unlisted number.  Time Warner insists they do not give it out.  Was Time Warner's system "hacked"?  I do not know.  But there is a question that he or his company will not answer.  If you wish to "block" this nuisance it may be possible to go to Time Warner dot com and go to My Services and it may be possible to block out calls from both numbers. Received several calls from this number asking to verify employment of someone who has never worked here. They've called us for a few weeks now.   We keep telling them the same thing over and over but they keep calling.
