They called and when I answered they just ***g up.

I quit answering all calls unless it is from someone I know.

No one on the end of phone. I called back phone disconnected

The number comes back to DAVID MURPHY 1314 Black Forest Dr, Dayton, OH ***49 937-859-7731Whi is he bothering all of us any no police agency has paid him a visit?

Like all the others, I have gotten some calls from this number, 937 859-7731.  Never a voice mail is left and there is no one in Ohio that I know or have any dealings with,  Also, I do not have any debts, so I'd be surprised if a debt collector was calling me.  Although, I have received calls for the person who had my home phone number before I got it 20 months ago.  That person appears to have owed money to everyone.  How do I stop all these calls?  I am on the Do Not Call List but this is not a solicitor, obviously.  Anyone have any ideas how I can get these calls to go away?

no political fund raiser here.. its a s****er ****ing your chain..  the way to get rid of it is to come down on the telephone company!.. they have the power to get the FCC to make it illegal to s**** numbers.. they also have the capability to stop s****ing!

I came home and saw a missed call from this number from 3:05pm today.  No message was left on my answering ma****e and anyone who knows me would have my cell.  Probably a ma****e dialing.

Just moments ago, someone called from this number.  As soon as it connected to my answering ma****e, it cut off.  I belong to the Do Not Call registry.  However, this could be a political fund raising group or charity.  They are exempt from this law.

Just got a call from this number. UNKNOWN NAME on the caller ID. Reverse lookup indicates a Murphy household somewhere inn the Dayton area. Didn't wait for the ans. ma****e to pick up - obviously no message left. (I always screen out of area calls unless I know the person calling.)

Received a call from this number (according to *69) just before 9 pm.  It rang three times and then stopped.  A reverse look-up showed it allegedly belongs to some Murphy in Ohio but I called the number and instantly got a message that said the number was no longer in service or disconnected so it would appear that the number may be s****ed -- which means a caller who is operating illegally.  My number is also on the Do-Not-Call list.  I will have my emergency whistle handy but I'll probably get ****-up calls like others.
