It's actually NOT a Debt consildation company... So obviously you didn't do ENOUGH research.....

Ok, She call me in for an interview for today, so I reserched the Company name she told me that I was interviewing for, and its actually one of those annoying debt consolodation places that pays you 7-so****ing an hour ! I PASS. especially after reading yalls reviews !

Most of you all need to get your facts straight before you post FALSE stories and  ALL of you should stop STEALING people's money and thinking it is okay! GROW up and take care of SITUATIONS YOU get your self into!

I got a call from her also, but we settled on a payment agreement.. That's strange that she was rude... I owed them and sometimes u have to just own up to our mistakes.

I suggest you do what I did when I received a call from the extremely rude Ms. Williams.  I filed a complaint with The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ftc.gov.  One of these days she will get enough of threatening people with jail time.

This Mrs. Williams using 972-704-6957 called to tell me she was filing a fraud, bad check charge and that she worked for the DAs office in Dallas but was allowed to negotiate with me to pay off this payday loan.  She had until Friday to stop these charges a***nst me if I paid up on this loan.  She was not very clear even as to who was the company.

I recvd a call from Mrs. Williams as well. I am using a PDL****istance program and she is using verbage she thinks is intimidationg.

I received a call from a Mrs Williams who claims she is the lead of a legal department from FCA out of DAllas Texas. there is an alternate number of 972-704-6957 and 940-230-7529

It is a bill collector threatening to call the DA office to sue me for a payday loan. In the state of Tx. they can't sue you for that.
