Keeps calling and wont leave a message. Caller Id says unknown name

In had call like this last comment onThis number years ago was with my internet provider. Heard them talk on phones in the back ground. Guy I was on the phone with didn’t like I asking questions on why all them people laughing. I ***g up on him. Ever since then I had nothing but trouble with internet connection. No matter what provider I had.

Doesn’t say anything you can hear what appears to be a call center in the background.

Calls and then ****s-Up.

Call from a number where caller was deceased 2 yrs ago.
