I have received emails from someone claiming their name is John t Fowler in the Army deployed in syria. He's said he's a battalion commander. Developed a relationship via txt. Now claims to have lost important do***ents and money. He wants me to open an account under my name. A friend will deposit amount of money he lost a day army will deposit a bonus .that he'll be receiving. Has also said that his money will be our money.. I told him no initially to lending him $ ...now he wants me to open the account. I haven't done anything...nor will after seeing g this report. Is there a remote chance of RussHarper being this person. I have pictures that he's sent me...to continue this scam. Please respond with some information regarding scams happening in syria. Thank you
