Part of pattern of repeated nuisance calls from 940 area without any identification or way to callback or fax back.

I need to find out who calls our toll free numbers and leaves us a fax tone. For the last 4 or 5 months we have been receiving 100's of harassing calls from Denten, Lake Worth, Brownsville Texas. These numbers appear on our toll free monthly billing statement. When I do a reverse check some of the numbers come up with multiple names and some don't show any. You can't imagine how annoying this is to our office. I've contacted my toll free service provider and they thought it would be robo calling****ociated with the election. Well this happens every day and the election is finally over. Can you give me some kind of advice in finding out who is making these annoying calls so that we can put this to an end. This seems to appear on several of our toll free numbers all from TX. When we answer the phone all we hear is a fax tone. This happens many times a day. BTW Sprint is aware of the problem and the only thing they will do is to give me credit for $5.00.......5 bucks isn't worth it. I need it to stop....
