I received many calls of them telling me "god bless" as well. I had applied for a loan but it's a completely diff company and the loan is paid off. Like others mentioned they also said US Payday Loan and that I owed a lot. They had ALL of my info and ******ly, I was like, that was correct to them. I can't afford an attorney but if anyone has a great suggestion or one they've used, please let me know. The guy was foreign and couldn't understand him most the time..he even*****ounced my city wrong and he's from Texas..no way!  These guys need a taste of their own medicine.

I recieved thier call today. Do you know wat is going on and what ur attorney is doing? What can we do to get them to stop?

I got a call from alex at coopers law firm. I called it back from the number i got on my voice mail. and he was like reading me my rights over the phone, very entertaining to say the least... so then after doing my research and speaking to my lawyer i called him back and told him he is breaking the law by continuing to call me, i did a reverse look up on the number  940-580-2411 and it shows its in ***nsville, TX . so like i told him i suggest he stops calling me as i have already notified my az attorney general and the FTC on this situation. then he continues to threaten me so i told him you know your ****** then he said i agree so i said wow nice you agree with me your ****** good to know. now stop calling me. your breaking the law stop calling me!!!!! then he said oh keep in mind i have your DL # and your SS# and i will ruin you..... i have all your street address and all contact info.... i said thats fine go ahead use it then you will get in trouble so i have notified all the authorities and have a freeze on my credit and everything else... then i told him your breaking the law and he continues to laugh at me and i tell him you know after doing a trace on everything i see it says that your in texas and well i dont believe this i think your over seas as he spoke broken english then he said so therefor he wasnt breaking any laws as he was not in the untied states. then i said ok just stop calling me then my phone s****s ringing off the hook one voice mail saying your a ****** ****ing B*tch.  then after looking through my call log i had 15 missed called he said he is going to call me 24 times a day and at night. upon further investigation the amount that they say i owe is 60 times the original amount these guys are seriously crazy.... so like i told him as he kept acting rude that hey i already opened my fortune cookie this week and it says im going to have good luck so needless to say im leaning more towards that.So i told him that a real law office does not talk to people like this, so what does he think im an idiot????so i reconfirmed that in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WE HAVE LAWS !!!!!!!!!! Then i said you know what this is my country i know my rights and i know the laws then he said F your country.....If they call you, do not give them any of your information. do not confirm your information with them. if they have " court do***ents" (which they do not) then what ever mail out ****s....This is a simple scare tactic and guess what im not scared!!!! go ahead use my SS# use my Drivers license number try and "ruin me" I dare you!!!!!

One other thing i didnt list was that they said they are mailing a letter to my employer to let them know that im in trouble and that im a worthless person.... *** right !!!!!  all of this over some debt wow..... we'll see who is laughing at the end....

I had never heard of such a scam until it happened to me yes****ay.  An Adam Scott with Cooper Law Firm called me (obviously foreign) and stated I had an outstanding debt with US Cash Advance.  When I asked for more information or proof he was irate, rude and threatening.  He called from 940-580-2411.  When I did my research with my bank, court house and US Cash Advance - it all seems like a scam. This guys are unbelievable!  Thank you for all the info below, I was glad to find some validation that it was a scam.

THIS GUY IS NOT REAL AT ALL. left a message at my work i called him back and asked for his name and address he plured a city/town i never heard of. It seriously sounded like "bemik iso". he then ***g up. i called him back and asked a***n where is his company located he wouldnt tell me so i told him i was aware he was a scam and he ***g up. i called him back and the phone was disconnected for about a half hour. i finally i got him back on the line and asked why he was scamming people he laughed and asked what do  i want from him. i asked him how many people a day he scams and if anyone falls for it and he just laughed. he then said for me wait a few hours and he would "drag me out of my house" and ***g up. i called back and he said he had all my information and would leak it on the internet and asked me if i was scared i told him no and he ***g up. He has horrible english and if you call him multiple times the same person gives you a different name and usually always says "Stanley" called or spoke to you last.

I recieved a phone call at work from a man who said his name was dan with cooper law firm that I owed money to a company for a loan I never took out with us cash advance. I said I want proof of what he's saying and he said he was sending it to my supervisor at work when I insisted on getting information for what he was claiming he ***g up on me. I called him back and asked for a supervisor to which he told me there was no one above him and that it was going to court tomorrow and to stop wasting his time.  This is a total load of ****.

I have had a guy names Ray Fleck call me several times saying he is with Cooper Law Firm. His call back number is 940-580-2401. He says he's collecting on an outstanding debt I have.  He was very rude and got very short with me when I asked him for the creditors name and phone number so I can call them to verify.  He said they are US Cash Advance but would not give me a phone number. Nor would he provide me with the "affidavit" that would be filed in the Dallas County Court House. He said that I would get do***entation once the debt was paid.  I have actually googled attorney offices with that name in that area (Dallas) and phoned them to see if a "Ray Fleck" was an employee there.  To no suprise, there isn't anyone by that name there.  I am not one that can afford an attorney and hope these people are caught and dealt with.  Thank you for allowing your attorney to handle it for everyone!

Yes these ****s called me too on my cell phone. Telling me I was going to get sued for a payday loan I took out that I never did. Wanted to verify my ss#, and get my lawyers info. But when I s****ed to ask the tough questions they became very nasty telling me I need to go to the doctor's and get my ears check cause i could barley understand his broken English and he said to me F*** you. And ***g up on me. HOW DO WE TRACK THESE PPL DOWN AND GET THEM TO STOP? If you know email me at [email protected]

This happinging to me as well.. They have called my place of employment as well as tthreaten me and my bosses. This is a scam and needs to be stopped. Any one with any info please report it. The # the gave me was 940-580-2400 his name was Stanley... Very ****** language and threating. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFO. My suggestion is dont call them back at all.

YES, HE CALLED  ME TOO, CLAIMED TO BE FROM THE LAW FIRM AND LEFT MESSAGE, CAUSE I DON'T ANSWER THESE CALLS ANYMORE, ITS RIDICULOUS. FIRST CALLED MY CELL THEN CALLED MY WORK. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED.

This sounds exactly like what happen to me. I have also s****ed doing my research and yes I found out it was the ***nesville, Tx location, as well. I'm still not finished, more is in store for these guys. Like I do not know my personal finances. LOL!!!

Yeah well the # is notworking that they gave me to call back which is the one listed here.  The guys name was Ray also with a very sttrong accent.  Has to be a scam

NJ well i know there are many scams going on..ill tell you how to save your self...if persons who are calling you do not have your SS# than theyt are scammers...but if they have...take the decision wisely or you might end up in trouble...this is just a suggestion rest you can do what you like....

I just received a phone call also from a man named Ray charging me with 3 charges of so****ing had no clue what he was talking about... I call back the # and get the same thing leave a message so i did and told them to call me back and I will give them my lawyers name and numberThey said if he don't within 48 hours i will go to jail.  Who are these people do they goi n your bank account or so****ing?

The caller is abusive and threatens everyone. He is a crook and a scam artist. He alleges to be part of Cooper Law Firm, but there is no such place. He alleges that he is calling from Dallas Texas, but the area code is not****igned to Dallas. He has an Indian accent of some kind. DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS MAN. He is not legitamate. Never send money to anyone reference a telephone or internet solicitation-no matter what!!

jack called leaving threatening messages to call immediately or risk going to jail.  said i had taken out a loan and had not repaid it.  called him back and he was threatening and asking for additional information.  glad i didn't give it because it appears this is a scam.  i asked him to mail me proof of the loan but he said i better get an attorney or risk going to jail.  pass the word.

This number called me several times and left no message!  Last week a man called and left a voicemail with the first name of Ray.  His last name was so foreign, not to mention his accent I already found it very abnormal!  His last name was so bazaar it sounds impossible to re-pronounce!  Not to mention fake!  His voicemail was beyond threatening & harassing!  At the end it said, "May God be with you"!  Guess what, I'm educated and Christian!  I hope God will be with them since I have now handed it over to my attorney!  When you call the number back it sais, "leave a message" then it beeps!  If it was a collector, police, government, etc. someone would have picked up the phone!!!  I then researched where the location was it came from!  I laughed when I found out it is in ***nsville, TX.!  All they ever had there were two outlet malls which are both now closed!  These individuals need to realize that in America some of us are much smarter than their country may anti****te!  I have turned it over to my attorney!  I'm not fighting this just for myself but every individual with whom they anti****te they can take OUR money!  I'm going after them & may God be with THEM!
