This is a collection collector named: Oliphant Financial 9009 Town Center Parkway Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202-4175 ***-360-8990 or 800-262-1999 or ***-256-9001 They have an old Target account of ours. They call ALL the time... As early as 832am, or today as late as 653pm EVEN on Sundays!!! BEWARE!!!

Yep. They keep calling me too. After i answer an answering ma****e comes up telling me that they are looking for some random name [ i dont even know who that is...], and that they need me to call back. They give me a reference number too. OH, and the first thing they say is: this is not a telemarketer, this is a business matter. Phony. I don't owe anything to anyone & they have the wrong name !!

Some one called one of my cell phones from this number asking for "Jose." After telling her that she got a wrong number, she laughed as if hearing so****ing ridiculous.  She only gave up after confirming three times that there is no "Jose" in this household.

I get many calls from this number. I do not answer any more but  answered a couple times trying to tell them to stop calling and it was a recording asking for some man (Bob or Mike so****ing?).

I just got a call from this number I am sure it is a collection agency and they never left a message! Guess it wasn't that important now was it! I am not able to work right now because I am out on a workers comp injury and when I get back to work I will pay the companies I owe not these collection agencies! One of these days I am going to get a loud airhorn and let these people have it!

this number keeps on calling all the time.  I haven't answered it and they never leave a voice mail either.  MAKE THEM STOP!!!!!!It's really getting to be very annoying.

I have only had this number for 6 weeks and s****ed getting these phone calls and no one is on the line when I answer.  I don't answer anymore but it sure is annoying!

***-256-9000 has called my home (I have an unlisted number) at least 20 times, I have caller ID so I don't answer it. the name comes up "OFC". Was hoping to find out who this number belonged to.
