Called and I answered and they hung up. No hello back no nothing. Happens several times a week.

It's some collection agency using an auto dialer. After they had called a few times, I eventually got someone on the phone who promised to remove me from their list. Two months later they are back at it, calling my cellphone randomly.

Called my phone with an automated calling system and left a voice mail. They are some collection agency trying to collect money from someone else. The best part? Their automated system says to "hang up" if you're not the person they are looking for yet it fails to realize it's reciting to a voicemail system.

Calling another person to try to collect a debt they same someone else owes. Would not disclose how they got the unlisted number that they called but were willing to let them know that they were trying to collect a debt on someone else. There has to be a LEGAL issues with this type of practice. GULF COAST, watch out before you end up in a court room.

I don't see the point in calling and not leaving messages. If you can't be courteous enough to leave a message, I won't be courteous enough to entertain a conversation with you! Idiot!

I, also, am on the Do Not Call list. I Don't owe money. I don't want telemarketers. I just can't figure out why this caller calls me. I wish he wouldn't.

What a bunch of idiots ! I tried calling back from the islands..cost me $1.50 a minute. It is likely a medical bill for my mother who does not have a phone and can't hear on the phone. I tried to help sort the bill out as her son but they refused to cooperate. We have plenty of money to pay any outstanding bills but they refuse to discuss. I told them I am just trying to help them out but they refused to discuss....SO F_CK YOU GUYS...Have fun calling International to the islands and I especially hope their computer leaves a long messages $$$...does not cost me a cent to play them back. I must have been more of an idiot than them to try to help out. I will gladly pay any outstanding debts to the Hospitals or Doctors but I will NOT pay a cent to GULF COAST...

This person has a recorded message that says, "Hello, this is Roy Dillard and I need you to call me ... blah, blah, blah" This hoax needs to be stopped by the phone company.

I have been involved for the past 30-60 days in life and death medical issues. Dillard, during that period of time, has phoned my home in excess of 100 times with respect to a non-existent claim. I just checked my voicemails for the past 30 days and, in addition to the calls that I or my caretakers have answered, he left in excess of 30 voicemail messages.

Automated calling won't stop. Filed online complaint with FTC.gov (Federal Trade Commission).

This number called my cell phone today. I was sleeping so I missed the call and it went to voicemail. When I got up I called my voicemail and the message stated who they were looking for (Shirey L. Johnson) or (Shirey L. Jackson) not sure which and that if I wasn't that person to hang up (can't, it went to voicemail). I'm a man so I'm obviously not the woman they are looking for. After reading these messages I home they don't start bombing my cell just because they have the wrong number (IDIOTS).

I have been getting calls from this number for quite a while but I never answered. I finally called this number back and spoke with a women who was looking for a different person. I told her that my number was new and she said that she would remove my number. We'll see!

This guy calls incessantly. We do not have any outstanding charges from any credit card or other company.

The company needs to have a warrant taken on them for harrassing phone calls. Also, criminal charges for stalking! Amazing since this account is closed and paid. "Joe" there has already been advised that this continues, and that copies pf paid checks were sent to them, yet they continue to do this. Its past happy time now!

The Do Not Call List doesn't apply to debt collectors, only telemarketers.

I get calls from this number frequently, after 8:00 PM and the caller ID on telephone reads "Gulf Coast College".

I keep getting robotic calls from this number, asking for a person who must have had my telephone number before me. (I have had my number for almost 6 years). I have been just hanging up, but this time I punched 1 to say that I was that person, thinking I would get a real person on the line in order to let them know, probably for the nth time, to take my number out of their database for that person. (A recorded message said that this is a debt collector). Then, the line rang for a few rings, and then went dead. When I dial this number 941-684-1710 back, I get a recorded message saying "this number has been disconnected and no longer in service." If I knew what debt collector is calling, I would contact them and let them know that I am not the party they are looking for. If the calls continued, then I would file charges against them.

This recording calls once or twice a day and has been doing this for months. They should just say what they want, instead of harassing by robot. Somehow they find the most unopportune time of day. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and see if I cannot get these calls stopped. I am also changing our number. They are very annoying and should not be calling cell phones, since I supposedly am on a "do not call list". Some do not call list THAT turned out to be.

Call on my home phone, no one there when I answer.  This is a new number for me so if it is a collection agency - you've got the wrong person. Called them back, talked to a person and told them to take this number out of their system since I now have it and not "S.H." (the person they are looking for.  We shall see if they remove it.

They call, and call, and freaking call no matter how many times you tell them to stop calling. The phone call is not even for me, is for some old phone number owner. I ended up cursing them on March 3. They keep waking me up on a daily basis, to listen to a freaking computer telling me to hold (or leaving a voice mail) and to do the same, telling them that this # is not for that person.
