I had a phone call from this person too, asking for my ex husband, I've been divorced from him for 28 years

Valentine Kebartas. professional parasites. They call at all hours and leave partial messages. I called back and told the a**hole that answered my call I was filing for bankruptcy and he claimed that he had no information about my account,. He then raised his voice and said 'this ain't the way it work, I don't do what you say". He then said your not a man 'cause you don't pay your bills... I called to give them the courtesy of letting them know that they would be list on my pe***ion when I filed with the courts. At that time they are to cease and desist any more of their harassing phone calls. But the calls just keep coming. It a sad situation that the debt collection sector is booming. I paid my bills and most times in full, I lost my job and my wife and I just had a baby. we are not alone in this , but it is still a difficult thing to deal with and when a fool calls you repeatedly to hound you for their "commission" on the debt they bought, it just makes it worse.

This lady has been harassing me for weeks, she never says the call is recorded, she says she will hit my credit until i can never fix it, i wont be able to get a job because she will sue me for everything I have. I now make jokes with her and the more I mock her the nastier she gets. How has she not been sued yet, I even tried to settle the account but she didn't even want the money, she only wants to scare people, too bad Im not easily intimidated.

Unbelieveable! Ive been in the credit industry for 30 years. This company is the worst, rudest bunch of ****s Ive ever seen. I lost my job. I almost died from a mis diagnosis and lost my business. Ive tried to pay back cards instead of doing a BK, but have ZERO money at this time. This collection company told me I was lying and that they were going to tell the creditor I was attempting fraud and should be prosecuted. They wouldnt let me speak and when I did, said I was lying. They called the next day with a man who accused me of lying and called back after I ***g up to harass me some more. They were contracted by Chase ban card.

WHAT A B***H!  I told her there was no-one by that name and she is calling over and over leaving weird messages.  I should put them on youtube.

I get a call from a 800 number and the Call ID says Valentine and Kebar. The lady is so rude. They never tell me why they are calling. I live overseas and have an internet phone that has a US number and I'm so sick of getting calls from them in the middle of the night!

Got a called a few weeks ago and I ignored it, then I looked it up online found this website got worried, then I got another call finally answered it, talked to a guy named Farit he was very very nice and he told me he was working with valentine and kebler or and that they were collecting debt on our dell credit card since we were sent to a collection agency didnt pay them so we got sent to this place. I was told we were getting taken to court for not paying I did set up a debt settletment for them and had to post date a check. I have called them serveral times they have always been very nice to me and though I am a little worried they are going to send me papers of proof that this is not fake.

We have received calls many time a day from this number looking for a former resident who did not have the same phone number as our number but did reside at this address,which is perplexing alone.  Have requested that this number be removed and have been yelled at by the caller from this number.  They have continued to call the number anyway, being rude and making threats that this person needs to contact them by a certain time of the day and pay the balance that is owed in full or it will be turned over to an attorney.

I have had a similar situation as reported by harleychick in Februaruy 2008.  I have also noted another website where numerous reports have been made about this company.  They are calling my residence asking for a person who lived here in the past who did not have the same contact number as mine.  They are rude, have yelled at me, and made threats that if the full balance owed to them is not made by a certain time that it will be turned over to be taken to court. They make comments that they want the balance paid in full by a certain time today. Other websites say this company is part of Chase.

called to pass a message to a neighbor that we don't know.  Very wierd.

They have called my house several times but don't say anything when I answer or leave a voicemail. My voicemail clearly states my name. I am in no credit trouble and neither does my ex-husband who no longer lives with me, so I think they have a wrong number, and are too ****** to figure it out. They've called past 8 PM each time, quite a nuisance since I'm in bed early for work. Grrr...

I have been getting random calls from this number, none leaving a message.  Then, today, Michelle Franklin called and insisted that I call her back or give her my attorney information.  She seems to believe it's my responsibility to pass messages from her on to my ***her.  I am debating whether or not to call back and let her have both barrels.

The woman goes by different names her name c****es. She was all nice and sweet for 1 min. Then bam she threaten to put a lean on my home over on secure store card. I had several *****s in family .And became disable. I only have enove money to live month by month. Then she told me homeless person makes more money then me. I told her well good for him.    She told me she was going to sue me and make me homeless . then she told me to borrow money from my brother. Then she told me well yelled at me telling me that i wasted 15 min of her time . That the deal she offered was going to go up more because of it. I'm thinking to my self if it wasn't for people like me she wouldn't have a job.       also I do not know if she understands what disability is . I was going to file bankrupt. but i don't even have enove money to do that. I did see money council .    Also they try to fool you on number by making caller id show up as out of area.

July 15 2008 at 2:19 pm answered phone and when I told a michelle franklin she had the wrong person I had to **** up to get her to shut up. At 2:20 the phone rang a***n from same number so I let the answering ma****e pick it up. 25 minutes later the message light beeped so I went to listen to the message-all it was was beeps and bells for the whole 25 minute period of time. This is totally unacceptable behavior and this company needs to be stopped permanately.

Calls 10 to 15 times daily, leaves unpleasant messages like you have until 5:00 today to respond to this call.  I decided I could possibly make some repayment arrangements, and the first person I spoke with, a Charm would not stop talking over me, and then put me on hold for 3 minutes and then a Cale Tulchulotsky got on the line and asked my why his employee was so upset???? then he s****ed threatening me and with a very abusive tone.  I ***g up on him and then he called back.  When I told him of the fair credit and collection laws, he got a bit different.  I made a payment arrangement, and gave my checking account information. and now I'm afraid it is gone.

these people have called me for a year - they are ***** debt collectors.  They have the wrong number - I think all they have wrong is the area code- but the TOTAL **** on the phone wouldn't shut up long enough for me to tell him to try the other area code.  I wish they'd put their f-ing a**es in jail!

There is no difference between Valentine Kebartas and Chase. They are both s*** and unethical. I tried to negotiate a lower interest rate than 30% and the person wouldn't budge. I asked for a supervisor and the person wouldn't saying I would get the same answer. They were trying to ruin me with the high rates that I couldn't pay. Either pay them and lose my house or stop paying them and keep my house. I will never a***n do business with Chase, nor should anyone else, as long as they behave this way.

Michelle Franklin called yes****ay and left a message for our daughter-in-law.  I called the # this morning and asked her to remove our number from her calling list.  She was very rude, told me she doesn't have a calling list and then ***g up on me. I called back, told her a***n to take our # off and she s****ed yelling at me! Told me she DOESN'T have a list, is NOT a telemarketer, isn't SELLING anything, and on and on.  I got nowhere.  And she will get nowhere. I am not passing any family member information to these people and I will not pass messages from them to any family member.  We have a very close family and it would be embarrasing to me to bring this up to my daughter-in-law and I know she would feel embarrased if I did it.

They call, do not ID themselves and get very intimidating very quickly, even when I asked basic questions, like, "who are you and why are you calling?" They don't follow the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, should be reported and have their license to harass and intimidate, revoked. Don't give them any information. Deal with your original creditor. Their behavior helps ***ody. The creditor looks bad, these guys are a bunch of ****s and the person on the other end ultimately won't pay people who are rude or disrepectful, so I guess its me, I just don't see the point. Give them your attorney's name and **** up, politely.

these people are connected with CHASE Manhattan Bank and are trying to collect on a delinquent credit card account... they will call up to 8 times in a 24-hr. period... if you have caller ID, just don't answer the phone call instead of aggravating yourself talking with them!

I got a call for my EX-husband. My phone number has never been****ociated with him. Would really like to know how they obtained my number as I am remarried and no longer carry that name. SCARY!!!!
