5+ calls a day no message left. Is there any way to stop them?

Received several calls.  Called back but got a recording saying it was disconnected.  Called the operator who said it was a telemarketing scam.  No one is on the other end because the ma****e picked up on someone else, leaving the other callers to get lots of air.  Also, you can't call back because it is an outgoing number only.  Should be illegal!

I received 4 calls in a row from this number, when I answer, there is ***ody there. When I call the number back, it is busy.

I got a call from this number and didn't answer and they called right back. They didn't say anything when I answered this time.

I received a call from this number at 4:18pm on 2/15/08. I saw it on my caller ID. Then on  2/16/08 at 4:00am I received around 8-9 calls from this same number. I live in Wolf Point, MT.

We get calls from this phone number several times a day.  Usually we don't answer, but when we do there is never anyone on the line.  It's very annoying!
