949-235-1452 called and immediately said "what are the first three numbers on your copier" I said what, I do not know what you are talking about; he says "do you have so****ing in your ear" ah no, they he was rude a ***g up; i called him back; no answer, he calls back and is just cursing at me . . .  what a joke

Yes the same guy called me today, and he was rude and said I need the three numbers on your printer model, I got this call last year, so I just ***g up on him, how can we report him? Thank god I have caller id!!!! Hahahha!!!

Yeah he calls here all the time too!  This time I decided to mess with him!  He got so upset he called me a f-in c*nt!  HAHA!  This guy is a reall genious!

Looking for owner info.

Called this morning asking for serial number too. When I told him we didnt have a problem with the copier he said it was "Just routine, you f*ing idiot." I ***g up. Great scam!

These people call all the time asking for our copier's model number. When I ask him which copier he answers,  "The one in the office". Knowing that this is a scam I asked him if he was ready.. I proceeded to give him "our model number" F-U at this point he says so****ing ****** so I laugh and **** up. These people are so ****** if they think they are getting ANY information out of me. What they do is they get your information and then send you a bill with the info you provide to them hoping you send them payment for so****ing you never requested or even purchased. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. You copier service already has all of your information and will never call you to ask you for it!

Same guy called twice, first was 'jim', then 'dave'.  When I asked his which it was, he cursed at me.  Hahahahaha!!!!! Gotcha!

Scam call "Dave" asking for model number on our copier for service, ***g up on him and a reverse phone look up indicates this is a cell number in Irvine, CA.  Never placed a service call.  Phoner Toner person wanting info on copiers in order to ship bad supplies at outrageous prices or wanting to pull some other scam.  Go get a real job Dave.
