I'm in real estate too and I just got this call on my cell. My guess is that they're getting our numbers off the MLS since that's the only place where I have my cell phone listed. Everywhere else I have my office number as my contact number.

I just got that phone cal too asking if I new of anyone doing stated income loans and wanted to very my email address....Im in reale state so i was curious

I called the number back and it transferred me to a guy named edgar collin, he answered and was asking me about Stated Income Loans and wondering if I knew any loan officers that could do that.  If he is what he says he is, he is a mortgage broker or so****ing like that.
