I received a text message on my phone from this number on 9/18/10 about an easy loan. The funny thing is, I don't text and I have my account set up with my phone company to block all incoming text messages, but ,somehow, this one and 2 others still got through. I will be reporting all 3 to the FCC. This is the text message I got: Receive up to $1,000 over night! Fast, secure, easy loan for any situation. Amazingly low rates. Got this message at 4:30 pm today, August 13, 2010:  "Hello,As Thanks for visiting our siteCall 866-724-0964For Yor Two $25 Gift Cards from Wal-Mart & VisaRe: STOP to DNC/optout-----------------------------Crazy.  I never visited a site and I *NEVER* gave out my cell number!

Received txt message that read:*****o, As thanks for visiting our site. Call 866-724-0964. For your two $25 gift cards from Wal-Mart & Visa. How do I prevent this caller or any other caller from some telemarketing company?

unsolicited text to my phone. very annoying. no idea where they got my number.

My wifes cell phone got a text message today from this number. We are on the DO NOT CALL and DO NOT TEXT list. I filed a complaint to the governments- do not call/do not text- on this person who is doing this. This number comes from california. I called it back and the voice mail picked up but then said that the mail box was full, FIGURES!!!! I will personally proceed to file a law suit a***nst this person as here in South Carolina the Attorney General WILL sue them for violating the law.
