Just got a text from them. Reported them to Do Not Call Registry. Called them so they would take me off their list, but their mailbox was full. Did not waste my text message $ to write them back.

Just got a text from the same number and registered on the do not call registry

I received a text message from 949-310-8575 on 7/12/10 at 1:24 p.m. Message was as follows: "Eliminate up to 82 percent of your debt today- Really! Text Yes If you would like to know more. TXT No to opt out or Email your # to [email protected] Survey."  When I attempted to call them on 7/12/10 at 1:57 pm to request to be removed my call rang a few times and then transferred to a full mail box leaving me without the ability to speak with someone or leave a message A text message requesting to opt out from future contact was ignored. I have reported this number to the FCC. To report this number to the FCC too via internet visit www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/

This number sent spam text message about debt reduction to my cell phone on 6/24/2010 at 7:27 PM PDT.  I am on a prepaid plan, and am on the national Do Not Call list.  They are costing me money.  And no, I did not reply in any way, despite what their message suggested.  [ Their email address is supposedly [email protected] ]

i recieved this call also....called them back to make sure i never get a text from them a***n...they didnt answer,went to viocemail that was full....most likley full of people like us telling them not to text us a***n i supose....if you get another text from them just save the number long enough to put a block on it then erase it from your cell.that should do it..............hope this helped..............kev.

this person sent me a text message never opened it.  However, I saved the number to look it up later.  When I went to go and look at the text a***n it was no longer there.  Now I know I didn't erase it.  I can't remember what the text somewhat read but it was for some service.
