Unsolicted text message about mortgages sent to my cell phone from this number at 5am.

The text basically asked if I wanted to refi.  Helloooo, they texted my 11 yr old sons phone.  I dont think the kid is holding out on me.

This phone number 949 439 7109 keeps popping up via text message on my 11 year old sons phone.  How is it possible they have his number?  I have called the FTC ( Federal Trade Commission ) filed a complaint and now have a case number.  Its easy to do.  Call the FTC at 877-382-4357.  What they can do is place your complaint with this spammers phone number in a data base.  If enough people call, then they can do a formal investigation on the freaks who abuse our cell texts which WE have to pay.  Its rude and intrusive.  Please, EVERYONE CALL THE FTC.

I got this same text message a second time.I called Iris Hansen contact as shown by someone:Administrative Contact:Hansen, Iris [email protected](760) 213-241***I, SHE HAS NEVER HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE COMPANY LOADMOD-GOV.NET. She is receiving 10+ rude calls per day.  She was very kind to return my call.

I received this text this morning from group called loanmod-gov.net. Why do I have to pay for information I never requested. I guess someone sold my info to this group. How can I get off this groups calling list. Looks like I will truning my text features off also. HELP!!!!!

I just got a text message from 949-439-7239, and I am on the government "do not call list."  How is this happening ??

May we please give you a call? <194***97109> "And to think I used to just be annoyed by the oodles of Billy Mays commercials booming over the television.I'm turning the text feature off my cell phone.  So sick of spammers!

Random Text that I have not set up with, 2nd one in 2 days.

This company can be tracked through Google by the address of the web site in California.  Just type in their address...post a review.  They are called "My Fair Lending."  Their offices appear to be in a warehouse.  Typical spammers...Got the same text message as posted here...different phone number 1-562-453-8906

I got at second text from this so called company at 2:00 AM this morning and I am more than upset.  I have filled a complaint with the donotcall registery and the fcc.

Same message:"Homeowners, we can lower mortgage payment by doing a Loan Modification. Late on payments OK. No equity OK. May we give you a call?"Received 9/10/09 @ 12:05 amI do not own home.  I do not have texting, this cost me $3.00!!

Received a text at 12:31 am. I thought someone died. What is wrong with these people?

Received spam text message at 11:11 pm on September 9, 2009.

i received a text from this number at 6:30 pm 9/08/09. It was a loan mortgage text (i own my home so this is not needed) and gave the website loandebthelpcenter.com. This is the second time they have text me. They c****e their number and the website each time. The first time I was contacted by text was at 5:21 AM on 9/03/09. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and I recommend everyone else do the same. The number for the FTC is 1-877-382-4357.

I also received the text message described by others here. Will not text them back. This is slightly concerning given the sudden surge in spam calls/texts I have been receiving. Unfortunately, someone must have sold/given my contact information to third parties.
