They have been calling me too at work and will not stop calling. It is a scam. Do not listen to these people. I use dto work for an attoreny, and they can request you to show up in another court a state away. They woudl need to issue an Intestate Subpeona.

I received a phone call on 6/9/2009 and today as well...these people have a very heavy accent keeps calling me telling me that i need to pay them some money or go to california to show up in court other wise they will put me in jail...they had all my personal information (HOW??? I HAVE NO IDEA) I have already contacted the FBI, FTC, police department...Social security fraud department.PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE...IS A SCAM...

I received this call also today, June 9th, 2009.  They try to make you think you will go to jail if you do not come to L.A. or pay them a settlement.  I am going to call my local police and the FBI.  Do not give anything to these people, no matter what they tell you, even if they are able to give you your personal information.  Also, call your bank to make them aware.

this person (Daniel James) left me a message to retunr his call or have my attorney call. he left this number but when you call it, the mail box is full and the call will not go through
