I received a phone call this morning from someone who did not disclose his name but it was the same situation as the previous post.  He told me that I borrowed money from United Cash Service (which was a lie) in the amount of $300 and that they were taking legal action a***nst and I had 48 hours to have an attorney contact them so that they could send the necessary information to him in regards to the case.  He refused to send me any information saying that the company tried to contact me several times through phone calls and emails. UNTRUE! He said that the amount that I would be charged if I didn't settle this matter and went to court would be a little over $4000.  I have to admit that I got heated.  He also said that I put down a Ronald Baldwin as the contact person.  Please be aware that this is a scam to get money.  Report it right away.

I received a call yes****ay from a guy name Mathew Scott and he stated that there is a lawsuit a***nst me, when I ask for what" he said "oh my god you have not been inform" and then he said that the only way to settle is to pay 515.00 for a loan that he said I got in the amount of 300.00, I ask when and where did I took this loan and he could not give me any info, he is calling me from 949-600-4131 he stated that is jesse and jesse and****ociates law firm, when I look up the number is unpublish and there is no jesse and jesse in california, he wants me to fax him with a letter that he told me what to write and send copy of my drivers license and cc num and make sure to put the 3digits in the back of my card. this guy has a heavy accent like indian or ****stani, I filled a complaint with the ftc, this morning a***n the guy called me like 8 times until finally i got upset and pick up, he is been calling me at 7:30 in the morning, which that will make it 5:30 in california, my daughter pick up a phone a told him she was my lawyer and that we will need all the info in writing me kept asking for bar num then she ask him if you are a lawyers then give me yours, and he ***g up.  he call back and then we told him not to call anymore and ***g up. I a***n call the ftc and informed them a***n due to yes****ay they said that is jesse and jesse but today the name c****e to Morgan and****ociates. this is a scam, ftc told me not to give him any info and to ***g up everytime he call me.

I received a voice mail from a Monica Williams or Veronica Williams (was difficult to understand through the thick Indian or Arabic accent and all of the voices in the background) stating my retained attorney or myself needed to return the call immediately or if I didn't, "good luck with the situation that is about to unfold on YOU."  I did a reverse phone look up and it said this number was a landline in Saddleback, CA, registered to a Monica Leslie.

I am so happy my boyfriend thought to google this. I received the same call from an Indian man by the name of Jeffrey Morgan yes****ay at work. He claimed to be suing me for 3000 on behalf of USA Cash Loans. I asked if I could call him today and he said it HAD to be today or else. I called this morning and asked for as much info as possible. He was unable to tell me anything (ie,..deposit dates, attempted withdrawal dates) and after I threatened to call USA Cash Loans, he advised me not to because they have 300 sites and 80 different companies and I would not be able to contact them. I, then, threatened with an attorney, ***g up, and found this site. After reading these posts, I called and was sent to "Mr. Morgan" via Mike. I calmly asked Mr. Morgan how I could resolve this issue today. He said the ONLY way would be to give him my debit card info and authorize it for $530. My boyfriend who had been listening to our conversation was livid at this point and wasn't so nice when calling Mr. Morgan's bluff and scam. Mr Morgan ended the conversation with "Do not ever call this number a***n, bye bye". This is definitely a scam and my concern is the information that I had previously submitted to a USA Cash Loans (which I was unable to pull up due to an "Untrusted Website" notification. Any thoughts or concerns from anyone else?

Just got the same exact voicemail this morning on my phone, except this guys name was David Miller.. lol has anyone else got a call from him? I actually signed up before for a payday loan but it never went through and i NEVER received any money so im****uming since i saw in a previous post they are trying to scam me there?I was kinda worried about this until i got on here and read these messages because its happening to other people as well. Thanks for the help

I recieved a call from a micheal rohan just harrasing me these people are nothing but a bunch of scam artists trying to threaten you when you call back they try not to give you no info they want to see how im***aded you are

Got a call from a John Smith who sounds arabic or indian. John left a message on my voicemail saying I need to return his call.  He said do not disregard his call or he will take legal action. He sounded very threatening. He did not say what the call was in reference to. I returned the call to 949-600-4131 and asked to speak to John Smith or Jeffrey Morgan? Male person said this is Mike. I told Mike I need to speak to John or Jeffrey, and Mike said he will be the person to help me. Mike sounded like John Smith who left me the message on my work voicemail. Told Mike not to call my cell, home, or job because this is a scam. I don't like being threatened and don't appreciate people calling my job. I told Mike I work with an attorney and that I saved his message on my work phone. Mike got upset with me because I was yelling at him and he ***g up on me. I called Mike back and he s****ed telling me that he works for cybercrime justice department and there are 334 attorneys that works there. Mike said he works for Morgan****ociates in Los Angeles, CA.  He claimed I have a debt for a payday loan with Instant Cash USA. I told Mike I don't have any debts due with any payday loan company. Be careful folks because attorneys to not leave threatening messages and do not verify or give your personal info to callers unknown.  Attorneys have there****istants or secretaries do their calls or send out letters to the applicant. They don't call and demand payment over the phone. Lots of scams going on. Mike Robinson said he was an attorney for Judge Charles L. Haynes in CA.

Yeah, I got a call from this number on Monday, 10-18 from some guy who could hardly speak English yet said his name was Attorney John Smith.  In the calmest tone, I said, 'well, you certainly don't sound like a John Smith.  I can hardly understand what you're saying'.  Then, he attempted to be sarcastic, which I thought was hysterical and said 'no you worry about how my voice sounds!'  Imagine that, huh!  Anyway, I remained calm & told him that one of the attorneys I work for would be handling my case, but that he'd have to give me more information.  They haven't called a***n today.  These people harrass anyone who gets upset, so pls. don't.

I would also like to add  that, when I called my infomation to ask who this number belongs to 949-600-4131, they stated that they have no name listing or address for that number, NOW if you are a "ANTTONERY" then you should be listed, with a street address and name.

At 8:25am I receive a call from a Jeffery Morgan, stating that I have a law site a***nst me, he stated that he was an Sr. Attonery, from a  account but refuse to give me any information, stating that he will send the police, to take me to jail FOR WHAT!!!! mind you he stating that he was calling from Calif. thinking I am stupied which I know Calif is 3 hours behind Michigan time, so that would make it 5:25am I don't know any Attornery that would get up at 5:25am and s**** calling people, I really think it's a scam and if I did have a law suite ANY attonery will send you so****ing in the mail, stating that. Hard A lot of voice Airbic and India voices in the backgroung. COME ON NOW let's get it together.

He said his name was jeffrey morgan in the voice message from jeffrey morgan and****oc. He was indian and did not sound like a jeffrey morgan... nor does the number match with a jeffrey morgan and****oc. Anyhoo- he said I needed to call him asap and if I didn't, well.. good luck. I could tell he was just trying to scare me and was full of it. Had so****ing been wrong I would have recieved so****ing in the mail from them. I will not call them back unless I see a letter in the mail making it clear on why they are calling me but I am pretty sure it's BS.
